Dear Lord,
Today we take some time to stop and thank you for the amazing love you have poured out upon us. Thank you for making a way through your Son, Jesus, so that we can be assured of salvation and eternal life with you. We thank you that despite the troubles we face here on earth, that they are only temporary in light of eternity with you. We thank you that the same assurance extends to our children, and that you love them with a greater love than we do. We thank you that you have ways to communicate with _______, even when we do not. We ask that you would communicate your love and assurance to them deep within his/her spirit, and that you would touch him/her with your peace.
